Is the accessibility check really free?

Yes. Upload any .pptx or .pdf file and get a full accessibility report at no cost. You only pay when you want to apply automatic fixes and download the corrected file.

What WCAG standard do you check against?

We check against WCAG 2.1 Level AA, which is the standard required by ADA, Section 508, and most accessibility laws worldwide. We are expanding to WCAG 2.2 coverage.

Do you store my files?

No. Your files are processed in memory and deleted immediately after processing. We never write them to persistent storage. See our privacy policy for details.

What file types do you support?

We currently support Microsoft PowerPoint (.pptx) and PDF files. Web page accessibility checking is also available.

Can I cancel my subscription anytime?

Yes. You can cancel anytime from your account settings. Your access continues until the end of your billing period. No cancellation fees.

Do credits from packs expire?
